General:
When leaving feedback, please consider the cost of padded envelopes, labelling,
display box/gem jars, bubblewrap etc when scoring postage and packing costs.
Where a scale cube is shown, it is 1cm to a side, and is not included
in the sale. For electronic goods, batteries are not included unless stated.
If you have any questions, queries or problems with this item, either
before or after the auction, please contact me directly. I want all transactions
to be as smooth as possible for you and for me!
If an item doesn't list a Buy It Now
price, it doesn't have one. Once an item is listed in auction I
won't end it early, so please don't ask me to.
Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, payment is by PayPal only.
I do not accept cheques unless by prior agreement, and only for
items sold at cost including P+P of £50 or over. If you can't or won't use PayPal, please contact me before bidding.
Postage:
For postage see main entry
- I charge actual postage plus a small packaging/handling charge. I always
combine postage on multiple items, although I may make a small
per-item charge. I normally post by Royal Mail First Class domestic,
and Royal
Mail Standard Small Packets to overseas - if you prefer insurance or recorded
delivery then please ask before bidding.
If you choose not to specify postal insurance, I can't be held responsible for loss of shipped goods.
Please also check shipping instructions - I ship most items
worldwide, but I may restrict heavy or valuable lots to UK/Ireland due
to cost of tracked shipping. I ship these lots by recorded delivery.
Unless I notify a delay, I aim to post all winning lots within 3 working days of payment.
Meteorites:
Some of my lots are meteorites. All meteorites are genuine and guaranteed to be authentic. I am a member
of the International Meteorite Collectors' Association (IMCA #1169) and the British
and Irish Meteorite Society. All meteorites are securely packed, and come with a
signed certificate of authenticity.
