There is a Subverse postal response card that is included with this item (as pictured below). There is a Shockwave video on this CD that automatically plays when you put this CD in your computer.

Australia = 10-15 days
-These are JUST averages. They are not guaranteed. Sometimes it takes longer. I cannot help the packages along once they are in the hands of the postal services.

Please send payment by Paypal. All items are shipped separately to help ensure item safety and to reduce the risk of cracked cases, thus there is no combined shipping. Payment must be made within 5 days of auction close or a non paying bidder (NPB) strike will be filed with eBay.

I DO NOT ship to France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Russia, or anywhere in Asia except for Japan and South Korea. This is solely because of the high rate of lost parcels in the past, not because of anything personal. Your payment will be refunded immediately if you live in any of these countries, so please do NOT bid. If you live in any of these countries and can provide me with a mailing address somewhere else, that would be acceptable but you have to let me know first. I DO ship to New Zealand, just remind me to put you on my eBay safe bidder's list before bidding, not sure why you guys are for some reason included in the countries blocked out from bidding.
PLEASE inform me of any mailing address changes BEFORE you make payment via Paypal. If your item is lost because you let me know of an address change after you send payment, that's your responsibility since I typically ship right away as soon as I receive payment, often within the same business day, and I obviously cannot change the shipping label after the item has been mailed.
Important: I replace all broken cd/dvd cases before shipping. All items are shipped in well padded bubble mailers. If a case is broken, I sincerely apologize but it is literally a one in a several thousand occurrence out of my control. Please don't leave negative feedback for the delivery performance and handling by the postal service.
