This was taken out of an old Tuff Stuff magazine, February 1991, where they made a smaller prints of what the cover looked like and then created an artist rendition of the player into postcards and called them "Cover Cards".  Original art by Dan Reilly.

It has five Michael facts on the back, the copyrighted date (1991) and the postcard is numbered (6).
