When you’re rating the seller, please keep the following in mind:
Item as described: Review the item title and description, as well as the pictured item, before rating the seller on the item as described.
We try to describe the items the best we can and provide pictures. If we made a mistake please let us know before you leave feedback.
Communication: Please consider only business days when evaluating communication. Sellers don’t always check email on weekends and holidays.
You will receive winning email after the auction. You will receive email when we ship the item with tracking information.
If you did not receive them please let us know and we will resend them to you ASAP.
Shipping Time: When rating sellers on shipping time, (Most Important) rate the seller on the time it took them to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, or for the time it took for your payment to clear.
We ship on the same or next business day after receiving cleared payment. We use USPS First class and Priority mail.
Shipping and Handling Charges: When rating the seller on shipping and handling charges, remember that EBAY POLICY STATES sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping.
Our S/H charges start at $3.00 and can be clearly seen on the auction page. If you do not agree with S/H charges please do not bid on this auction.

In most cases 4 out of 5 stars for a rating system is viewed as "Good" or even "Great".
Unfortunately, eBay views 4 stars as poor performance!
