These are very nice Michael Kors black capris with back and front pockets that are snapped closed and then there are 2 additional pockets in the knee area of each leg that are still stictched closed but can be opened and have snaps as well.  These are made of  cotton and spandex and the waist measures 15.5 inches across and the inseam is 27 inches long and the rise is 8.5 inches high.  There are seams down the front and back that make a nice appearance.  There are no holes or tears in the fabric and the quality is very good.
