Your item will be shipped out as soon as possible once payment has been cleared.  We charge a Fixed Shipping Price and the prices are clearly shown in the shipping column and all prices include a small handling fee for the item to be packaged.  We do gift wrap all purchases in tissue paper to ensure your item will arrive in perfect condition and in some cases a special box may be required for your item, we only use shipping services that expedite your order, ensuring it arrives as soon as possible and in perfect condition.  Shipping insurance is an Optional charge that you can add to your order on checkout and the flat charge for this service is based off the original retail price of your product and in no way are you obligated to add this to your purchase it is completely optional.  International orders excluding Canada will only be shipped through Express Mail to guarantee that your items will arrive promptly and in excellent condition, customs taxes may apply and you are responsible for any of those additional charges at time of delivery. 

Item must be in New Never Worn Condition with all original tags for a refund or exchange.  I have a 7 day return policy and the item must be postmarked by the 7^th day of having it to receive a refund.  We will also need an email sent to us explaining the reason of the return and when we can expect to receive it.  In the return package it is very important that you include your user ID, Full Name, and Reason of Return.  We do not refund any shipping charges.   

Payment is due upon completion of the transaction and you will be re-directed to our checkout process via Kyozou.  You will also receive our checkout instructions via email immediately after your purchase with a link to process the checkout.  We do gladly accept Pay pal, Money Orders, Certified Funds, and Personal Checks as a form of payment.  We do hold Personal Checks for up to 12 days before clearing funds on your order.  Money Orders can also take a few days to clear the bank as well.  I look forward to shipping your item out as soon as payment has been completed. For any sales that are done within the state of Utah you are responsible for Utah State Tax and that will appear on your invoice only if you are located in the state of Utah!  Please let us know if there are any additional questions concerning payment.
