Here we have a super wood burning Fireplace by PREWAY designed by Architect Wendell Lovett. This a real working wood burning architectural fireplace. This is a great one due to size. This is the smallest wood burning unit by Preway, there is a smaller one but it is electric. This is enamel including the stack/chimney pipe. There are two sections of the stack. Also included and will be shown later is a valence for the bottom if you choose to hide the legs. The legs also remove if you wish to lay flat on a surface. The enamel is very nice no pockmarks a little edge wear on the corners, these is slight cloudiness on the back side VERY light for the very picky in the crowd. All in all a stunning unit for you modernist abode! Actual unit is 31 inches wide 23 inches deep 30 inches tall Total height is 8 feet 1 inch total height The first stack is 34 inches and second is 35 inches 8 inch wide. **Shipping on this piece (its heavy) will be FORWARD AIR (depot pick up please see forwardair.com for locations) at price listed. without character please buy new. It is not to say the condition is not
great but we have have some "newbies to modern" disappointed in light
wear and age. We do our best to point out any issues and make every
effort to show you the piece from any angle. Please remember these are
vintage pieces.
Payment/shipping expenses to be paid within 7 days of auction end with PayPal
M/O or Check with hold period (7-10days).
We generally use USPS on smalls/International and FEDEX GROUND / DHL
on large items that can be shipped . PAYPAL ITEMS must have tracking. Items are shipped every FRIDAY & sometimes MONDAY
WE ARE GENERALLY SLOW SHIPPERS as we are a one man show in the shipping department. SHIPPING
may take WEEKS after auction ends (regardless of payment method, Paypal
