The Midwinter Stonehenge series of fine English stoneware is perfect for anyone who appreciates the fusion of form and function. These items feature a "back to nature" aesthetic in their earthy designs and simple forms as desirable today as they were back in the 1970s when these items were produced. The "Invitation" pattern features a gorgeous pink carnation motif on a white background with rustic green edge detailing. This tableware was made to be used and to last--it is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
The teapot is 7 inches tall, 3 inches wide at the neck, 8 inches from spout to handle, and 5.5 inches wide at the base.
The sugar bowl with lid measures 4 inches high with lid in place, 2.5 inches wide at the neck, and 4 inches wide at the base.
The creamer is 4 inches high, 2.5 inches wide at the neck, 5.5 inches from spout to handle, and 4 inches wide at the base.
There are three cup and saucer sets (picture only shows two). The cups each measure 3.5 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall, and the saucers are 6.25 inches in diameter.
This is a great price on the set--the teapot, the cups and saucers, and the creamer cost over $100 on the national china replacements website!They charge $69.95 for the teapot alone--they don't even have the sugar bowl either! Don't take my word for it, though...check it out here:
