Domestic handling time is generally 2 business days. In rare cases, shipping may be delayed. Buyer will be notified, as soon as possible, should there be any delays.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you receive a product that is defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. Any item being returned must be shipped at your cost to an address which we designate. I regret this inconvenience however, due to the recent number of claims with shipping damage, lost merchandise, etc., we have had to implement these new procedures.
We are no longer responsible for UNINSURED ITEMS. We package our products with care and have no control of their condition once they leave our site. Again, we are not responsible for uninsured items.....no exceptions.
In the event an insurance claim needs to be filed, we will be happy to do so once you return and we receive the damaged item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund through PayPal once claim has processed and is received from the USPS. Lost claims will be dependant upon the USPS findings. Once claim is paid, we will pass the refund along to you.
