DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you encounter a defective item, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving item for a new replacement (Items received from truck shipping do not qualify because of the high expense of shipping. We will pay for the return shipping on defective items returned within 7 days of receipt.
OTHER RETURNS: We will only receive items back that have not been used or taken out of original packaging. You can return the item up to 14 days from receiving it. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back you will be issued a refund minus any shipping charges we paid to send the item.
