Payment Paypal, money orders, cashier , certified and personal  checks, all major credit cards. Payment requested within 3 days of purchase.If you mail a check or money order please call us at 800-783-3073 ad let us know it is being sent. Personal Check will take 14 days to clear Fees Maryland  sales tax of 5 % charged on all orders shipped to or picked up in Maryland. Shipping Most items include free shipping to 48 states, check listing for the FREE SHIPPING. . Large welders require truck shipment to your door. You must get them off the truck.We can arrange for a lift gate if you request it. A daytime phone number is required  .Some one must be there for truck freight deliveries.  We ship all items under 150# UPS or FexEx ground service. You can choose 2nd day or next day at additional charge, send email or call for cost. WE DO  SHIP VIA USPS for some small items and to an APO box which there is a $ 15-$ 25 surcharge on all items. We will not ship to a freight fowarder unless a wire transfer , certified check, money order is given, no credit cards on orders to freight fowarders or third party shippers. Delivery We will usually ship your item the same day or next business day after receiving payment. Some weekend and holiday purchases may go out on Monday or Tuesday do to heavy volume. You will be notified immediatly if your item is on back-order. Some listing clearly list lead time for delivery, read carefully. Miller Helmets are sent from Miller Second Day Air, they may go out the same day as the order depending upon Miller backlog that day. We cannont guarantee you will get the helmet within 3 days of the order date as weekends do not count, there is a 1-2 day processing time and backorders which are not in our control. Refunds & Returns Our general policy is NO RETURNS. Many of our items are very heavy, shipping is expensive for us. We list and sell exactly what we list. We feel there is no reason to accept returns unless damaged in shipment. We insure all shipments internally. You can always call and we can discuss returns for reasons other than damage.EXCHANGES AND RETURNS SUBJECT TO UP TO  A 25% RE-STOCK ,PLUS OUTBOUND SHIPPING CHARGES AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Warranty   - All warranties are thru the manufacturers. We will help you with calling the manufacturer or  receipts. We are not responsible for down time or loss of use. We expect payment within 3 days. If paying by money order or cashiers check we expect them to be mailed within 3 days and to be notified. We suggest Priority Mail. WE USUALLY SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT RECEIVED, SAME DAY IN SOME CASES.  . All items are covered by Manufacturer warranties.. We will help you with any warranty issues. Small items shipped by UPS , FEDEX or USPS   ground, unless you choose 1st or 2nd day air at additional charge. Larger welders are shipped via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door.There are no additional charges for lift gates if we are notified this is needed at the time of the order . We strive to always have stock available for shipping, but from time to time stock-outs may occur.. Some welders are not stock items and will be ordered from manufacturer when paid for. It usually takes only a 1-4 days to ship to you. Some are shipped direct from manufacturer. WE INSURE ALL SHIPMENTS . NO RETURNS UNLESS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT OR AGREED UPON RE-STOCKING AND SHIPPING CHARGES PRIOR TO RETURN.. EXCHANGES ONLY WHEN AGREED BEFORE RETURNING.
