MILLING CLAMPS MINI MILL PCB ENGRAVING CNC 1/4 - 20

Complete 1/4"-20nc thread clamp set as shown.   Each clamp has an angled face which is meant to be pushed up to the edge of a thin work piece, thus preventing it from moving up or side to side.  The screw is then tightened and the angled face holds securely, while exerting very little side and top pressure.  This set is ideal for thin work pieces which would otherwise distort with too much side or top pressure.  PC boards (especially in machines without a floating head) need to remain completely flat on the top surface and yet still be held securely for milling.  Engraving thin items would be another situation where flatness is very important.

* highly burnished finish 6061 aluminum (1/8" thick)
