There are no guarantee's on proper fit of our items due to various sizes of different breeds for saddles or any other tack item that we carry. Items returned due to incorrect sizing will result in a refund of the base cost sold in the auction and Not shipping charges.
Items damaged in shipping are UPS insured. Claims are to be filed directly with UPS for payment, not through us. This is the buyers responsibility to file through UPS as an insurance claim.
In the unfortunate event of any problems, the buyer has a Three day window to contact us. The refund policy on any returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sellable condition and all original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
