Return Policy
Americas Golf hopes that you are happy with your order. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any club we sell
If You Change Your Mind
If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
- Used items must be clean and in same condition received.
- Americas Golf understands that a customer may error in bidding. If you bid on an item and do not want it a 15% relisting fee is applicable.
Damages in Shipping Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item please call customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.
Incorrect Item Received Occasionally an error may occur. Americas Golf will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product (wrong loft, flex, dexterity, club) please call 1-407-351-2271 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you when you call so we can verify inventory number received.
Inadvertent Misrepresentation As a titanium power seller with a 99.5% positive feedback rating, our experienced club listing agents typically undervalue the club rating. Please read condition ratings and club description completely before contacting Americas Golf. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.
- The customer is responsible for the returning product.
- Once received Americas Golf will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error.
- If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
