·        Return Authorization.  Please send an email to Info@ValueCells.com within the 14-day warranty period for exchange of your defective item.  MoreCells will reply back to your email with instructions for sending back your item.  Items returned without contacting MoreCells will not be accepted.

·        Return Shipping Costs.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHODS

·        MoreCells accepts payment via PayPal ONLY.  Through PayPal, you can use any major credit card or send an E-Check.  E-Checks will be held for up to 7 business days until cleared before shipping.
