We accept PayPal, money orders, and personal checks.  International buyers must submit payment by PayPal only please.  We enjoy making new friends and in doing so, understand that things come up.  We don't expect you to be sitting at your computer, ready to pay, as soon as your auction ends.  But, we do expect that you will contact us within 48 hours to make arrangements to pay if you aren't paying immediately. We only ask that you keep us in the loop. As we get closer and closer to Christmas, the buying frenzy will begin. It's important that buyers and sellers work together to make this a less stressful time for everyone. Communication is what drives a relationship.  Let us know what is going on if you aren't paying by PayPal and are sending us money.  That's great.  Rumor has it.......it all spends the same. 

We ship within 1-2 business days of your cleared payment. We know how important it is to you to receive your auction win in a timely fashion and safe manner. We take that into account when we carefully package your treasure in its shipping container.   We do ship quickly so if you are needing an item shipped to an alternate address, we NEED to hear from you personally and not just through the checkout system.  This will ensure your package gets to where you want it to go!

Shipping can be combined on multiple wins of like items, in most cases. Please keep in mind that not all auctions wins can be combined if there is a unique item that calls for special attention. Please contact with questions if you are looking to combine.  Auction wins that wish to combine shipping must be within a 3-day period. Insurance is optional, but recommended at the rate that the USPS charges starting at $1.65 for the first $50.  It increases depending upon final auction price. We cannot be responsible for lost items or damages incurred after the package is given in good order to the USPS/FedEx/UPS. International Buyers please contact us for shipping rates prior to bidding to ensure a smooth transaction.

We know that a lot of individuals and businesses on eBay are one sided when it comes to leaving feedback. Our opinion is that this transaction is about buying and delivering on a promise. We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are unsatisfied because you felt you have been materially misled by our description or depiction of the item, we will gladly take it back. We have recently had some abuses when it comes to our return policy. Please ask up front any questions that you might have. We would rather cancel a transaction prior to sending the item if you are not ready to proceed. We understand things happen. If you make a return for whatever reason, we will refund you your bid plus your initial shipping costs. We will also refund you the return shipping costs ONLY if we have been negligent or have misrepresented the item. We've given out a couple of returns recently for folks who have just changed their minds. So, please........lets all play fair, shall we? =)
