Typically I use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Some lightweight items, however, are fine to be shipped First Class also with Delivery Confirmation. Some things that are very heavy may go Parcel Post, yet again I prefer to always use Delivery Confirmation, even tho the USPS doesn't update very well, at least I know it arrived to you. I use calculated shipping based upon your zip code, except with Body Jewelry which I use an economical flat rate for. I have a very nominal supplies fee from $1 to $2, depending on whats used.

Items are generally sold "as is". A lot are brand new with tags, and if they are at all used, I will note that in the listing. Any and all flaws will be noted. In the event that we make a substantial error, then we will absolutely accept a return. Just email and let us know what's going on and we will go from there =) PLEASE just stay in contact--if we don't know that there IS a problem, we sure can not fix it for ya!! No worries!
