Some sellers are creating confusion on eBay by not stating an appropriate replacement lamp BRAND, for example Philips or OSRAM. Philips and OSRAM are two completely different lamps with different performance characteristics and quality. Almost every TV manufacturer use a Philips lamp as OEM in almost all the televisions models because of its quality... do your own research. So it is always advisable to purchase a Philips lamp.

Please beware of the CLONE Philips lamps, 3rd Party and OEM compatible (DNGO) lamps in the market. And make sure to buy from an authorized dealer only.

USPS delivers Monday-Saturday with the exception of federal holidays.

FedEx Express Shipping Methods are available via FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day Air. Items ordered before 2pm Pacific Time on Monday-Friday and 1pm Pacific Time on Saturdays will be shipped the same days**.

FedEx delivers Monday-Saturday with the exception of federal holidays. FedEx Priority Overnight w/Saturday Delivery is also available for an additional fee, contact us for more information.

Shipping damages must be reported immediately so that we may start the claims process. We cannot accept returned merchandise that has physically abused or damaged unless a claim is made with the FedEx.

Refunds must meet these simple requirements:

  1. Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Item must be returned within specified period of time of delivery.
  3. Return must be authorized by a Returns and Warranty Agent. Please call for an RMA number and we will promptly handle your request for return.

Return Policy: Returns made in the event of a manufacturer's defect will not incur restocking or shipping fees, but must be returned within specified number of days. Products will be tested! Exchange requests must be made within specified number of days.

Shipping Damages: Damages caused by shipping must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. After 5 days, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be reported immediately. In many cases of defective merchandise claims, the lamp is not the problem. When your product is returned to our facility, we fully test it for damages and defects.
