Up for bid is a Fanal 45 liter VCM WHY PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLAR FOR AN HOBART WHEN YOU CAN GET THIS ONE FOR A FRACTION?.  At this starting price, it might be a chance for someone to get a mixer chopper for a fraction of the other brand names.  I think one of the brand name machines new are about $9000! . The label says made in Western Germany, I guess that is why its size is in liters.  I think the brand name is Fanal, from the label on the bowl.   I do not know too much about this item.  It seems to me the blades on it are chopping blades, because they come to a bit of an edge.  I am not sure if the dial knob is for speed or a timer? .I have added pictures for more information about the electrical information.  payment in full and pick up and removal of item within 2 weeks.  If you want to set up your own shipping, please get a quote before bidding,500 LBS COMMERCIAL LIFTGATE NEEDED AT PICK UP.
