Q: I sent payment through paypal and the funds were taken from my checking account, Paypal has not marked the item paid.  Why?

A:  You paid using a Paypal echeck.  If you have ever used a debit card to pay for anything you will understand how echecks work.  When you pay with a debit card at the gas station your money is put on hold by your bank.  But, the seller has not yet received the payment.  Paypal automatically tries to get you to pay with an echeck because they make better profit on them.  Please choose another payment option when sending a Paypal payment.   

Q: You emailed me a shipping notification and tracking # and the tracking # doesn't work.  Why?

A: You have tried to enter the tracking # too soon after shipment or typed the number incorrectly on the UPS website.  We send shipping notifications within 48 hours of shipping, usually the same day we ship.  The tracking # will not be available to track on the carriers website until the package has been scanned at their terminal and sent on its way.  Please wait until at least 10pm EST the day of shipment to try to track a package.  Also, please do not try to type the tracking # into the carrier websites tracking page.  Simply copy and paste the numbet to avoid entering the wrong tracking #.

Q: Can I have my package sent to and address other than the one I have registered on Ebay and Paypal?

A: Yes. But, any changes to your shipping address should be done through Paypal.  We will not be held responsible if you email us an eddress different than the one you provide with payment.  It takes only a minute to add a shipping address to your Paypal account so please take the time to do it properly to avoid any problems.  We often ship orders within a couple minutes of the payment being sent and use the address provided with payment as the address we will ship to.  If you do not send us a change of address properly and the shipment is sent to your original Paypal address you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs to have the package rerouted.

Q: I paid for my item on Friday afternoon of last week and it has been 8 days since then.  Where is my item?

A: You are probably located in the West, West-Midwest or Soutwest part of the country.  If you pay for an item on a Friday afternoon your time, it is early evenning our time so the shipment can't be made until the following monday morning.  This means that if you live across the country from us you may not get the bat that week.  If you have any question about how long it will take for your package to arrive please visit UPS.com and use zip code 08034 to calcute time in transit.  There time in transit page will let you know how long you should have to wait.

Q: I purchased the wrong item.  Can I get a refund or exchange?

A: Yes.  If you purchased the wrong item and want a refund please see our return policy below.  If you want to exchange for a different size there are some limitations.  First, want to send back for exchange must be in its original wrapper.  Please do not say that it hasn't been openned and try to tape the wrapper back on (it happens) as we will send it back to you.  2nd, if you want to exchange sizes there may be a price difference.  Many times one particular size of a item is less valuable than another.  If you puchased one of the less popular sizes and want to exchange it for a more popular size you will have to pay the price difference based on recent auction sales.  3rd, you are responsible for sending the bat back and you must pay for us to ship you the new item.

Q:  I am thinking of bidding on your item.  Is it a blem, demo or second and has it been used?

A: No.  We clearly state the condition of the items in our description.  Unless otherwise stated in the beginning of the description, every item is brand new of the highest quality exactly like any similar item you would pay more for in stores.  It is a bit of a pet-peave of ours to have to answer questions concerning issues that are clearly stated in the description.  If you need reassurance just check our feedback and realize that you will be buying from one of the most reputable sellers on Ebay.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is available for items which can be shipped in one carton.  To be eligible for combined shipping items must be purchased within 5 days and all item must be paid for in ONE PAYMENT so please wait until you have finished purchasing to make your payment.  Each time you buy another item within 5 days of the first purchase a new combined invoice will be sent.

Baseball/Softball/Training/Coaching Bats generally can only ship with other bats so If you buy a batting helmet and a bat there is no shipping discount since they will have to ship in seperate boxes.  Shoes, gloves, bags, helmets, catcher's gear, and just about anything else can be combined with any item other than a bat.

Combined Rates:

US orders: For buyers purchasing multiple items shipping is $2 for each item after the first with the highest shipping charge prevailing as the first charge.  For example, if you purchase two pair of shoes at $10 shipping each, one bag at $15 shipping and one glove at $12 shipping, The shipping will be $21.00 ($15 plus 3 at $2)  Expedited services combine at higher rates and depend upon each item ordered.

Canadian Orders: Due to abuse by ceratin buyers we have been forced to raise our combined rates for international buyers.  International buyers will pay $6 additional for each bat, glove, helmet, pair of shoes or other 1-3 pound item.  Items like bags, catcher's gear pieces and helmets will be $10 additional.  If you have any question about the combined shipping charge email us before you purchase.
