Payment Method

Stonetooling recommends using Paypal above other methods. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. We ship to PayPal confirmed U.S. addresses only.

Return Policy

Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible.

• Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:

Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call the shipper who delivered your order to activate their Claims Program. If UPS was the shipper, call 1-800-PICKUPS. UPS is reliable and responsible, and has a customer friendly claims programs.

• Returning a Product for Other Reasons:

We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons, provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and container, and you return it as indicated within the eBay return policy terms.  No returns after 30 calendar days and sale items are non returnable. 

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We cannot credit you for merchandise we don't receive.

When we have received your return, we will credit the card the method of payment that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product and not shipping fees unless the wrong item was shipped to you in error. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Returning a Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty:

Item can be returned to us within the auction terms, otherwise, to benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise. The manufacturer's warranty information and phone number is included with the product. When you call the manufacturer's Customer Service Department, a representative will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program.

• Exchanges:

Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item in one of our auctions, which you prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.
