We use Fed Ex for most of our packages but reserve the right to send by another shipping service. Fex Ex items are shipped within 2-3 business days, sometimes sooner. We ship international/post office items twice per week. Engines & large frames are shipped through Fed Ex Freight trucking service. Returns are allowed on most items & are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The fee is waived if we send the wrong item or misrepresent the item. Shipping is non refundable. Items must be returned prior to issuing a refund or exchange. Please contact us prior to returning an item for a return authorization. Items returned without authorization will be refused. We strive to satisfy each customer with quality parts in a timely fashion. Keep in mind most of the items we sell are used. We do describe items in detail and test everything before listing. This being said we are human and will make mistakes. If this occurs please give us a reasonable chance to fix the problem. Please don't complicate the matter by acting in a non professional manner. We will respond to any problem as fast as possible and will do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer.
