We purchased this mobile home right here on eBay recently, for our use as a base of operations for our online gold mining claim business in the Black Hills. About the time we bought the mobile home, our plans changed, and we are setting up a bit farther north here, near Deadwood. Well, no sense hanging onto something we are not likely to use, so we are simply offering it for sale. We have quite a few photos to show you, and all of these photographs were taken very recently..

The photograph above is the front side, taken in a bit of snow a few weeks ago. This mobile home is 10 x 50 foot 1962 Richmond. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The place needs some work in the bathroom, both doors could use a tune-up and floor covering. The furnace works great, there is a newer gas range installed and there are absolutely no leaks whatsoever. There is a very nice (and reportedly very warm!) potbelly woodstove with flat top for hot coffee, etc. The place is more like a small cabin than a modern house and is entirely paneled inside. There is some stuff piled in the front bedroom, the back bedroom is nice and clean. Below, a photo of the back side..

This little beauty is reported to work great, and comes with the mobile. Note the flat top on this woodstove for your coffee pot, etc. Also, there is a gas fired heater that works well also..

(Our personal favorites!) Plus, within about 40 miles are Sturgis, South Dakota home of the World Famous Bike Rally, Deadwood, South Dakota and Rapid City, South Dakota. The Wyoming State border is only a short drive to the west along U.S. Highway 16..
