Shipping Information

1)    Order(s) will only be shipped upon receiving the FULL payment from Buyers.

2)    We take ONE business day to process the order. Our Hong Kong office is closed every Saturday & Sunday and during the Hong Kong national holidays. No shipping will be process during the above mentioned days.

3)    For US customers, we will ship to the CONFIRMED address as per the Buyer PayPal account. For other international buyers, we will ship to the address of the VERIFIED PayPal account. Please ensure that your shipping address on the PayPal record is up to date. We regret to inform you that mobile-warrior will not be responsible for re-delivery or missing item(s) that are sent to any outdated address.

4)    We shipped the items directly from our holding centre, located in Hong Kong, via Standard Air Mail. NO tracking number will be provided for orders.

5)    For delivery above US$ 25, we will ship via Registered Air Mail. Tracking number can be provided upon Buyer request. If no one is there to receive the item(s), the post master will leave a notification card for you to pick up the item(s) from the local post office. Failure to do so will within a specific time period will result in the item(s) being return to us. Buyer will then have to pay the shipping fee for the re-delivery of the item.

6)    We DO NOT deliver to any PO BOX address.

7)    Insurance are needed for selected countries.

8)    Purchased item(s) requires an average of 10 business days to be delivered to an International Buyer. Occasionally, parcel does get delayed at the custom of the receiving countries. We urged all Buyers to contact us should they fail to receive the item(s) after 15 business days.

Payment Information 

1)    PayPal is our preferred and only payment method currently.

Feedback Information

1)    At mobile-warrior, we understand the important of CSAT and take pride in having a high percentage of returning customers. We strike to achieve a POSITIVE feedback with a 5 stars DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) score in all our eBay transactions.

2)    If the transactions have been anything but ideal, we hope you can give us an opportunity to address them prior to giving us a negative or neutral feedback. We look forward to your supports.

Return Information

1)    If we deliver a wrong or faulty item, a replacement will be re-delivered at our own cost.

2)    For damages incurred during delivery, please report to us so that we can provide the necessary claims and reimbursement thereafter. Please send a photograph of the damaged item.

3)    Defective product will be replaced after the return is received. Buyer will pay for return postage, but we will refund initial shipment charge as compensation.

4)    All non-defective, undamaged products can be returned for refund within 7 days, with the Buyer paying for the returned postage.

We have staffs manning our email box during the Hong Kong office hours and we can usually respond within 48 hours. Some ISPs filter unrecognized emails into the junk mail folder. Packaging Information

1)    We shipped all our items together with the original boxes provided by the manufacturers. These boxes will be wrapped with “bubble foam” so as to provide adequate protection during shipment. For bigger items, “bubble foam” will also be place within the boxes to prevent the items from being crushed during the delivery.

2)    A copy of the Invoice will be placed on top of the parcel.

3)    The “bubble” wrapped parcel will then be placed inside a brown envelop. For bigger item, we will wrap the items with brown paper. A copy of the Buyer delivery address will be paste on the brown paper or envelope.
