<<EXCHANGE POLICY>>
We ONLY accept exchange for different size and/color. The flat shipping exchange charge is $8.

To ensure faster delivery and response, please indicate the following information:

The item will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received. Do not forget to include the defective product to expediate the process.

We do not accept any returns at the moment. Please refer to the Exchange Policy.

<<TERMS & CONDITIONS>>

1) All items returned for exchange must be sent back to CB UNITED within seven (7) days of shipment receipt. Requests exceeding seven (7) days may be refused or disregarded.
2) Items returned for size exchanges must be in mint, unused condition. CB UNITED reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
3) For size exchanges, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee for return items. CB UNITED is not responsible for the shipping fee of return items but we will be responsible for the shipping fee of replacement.
4) CB UNITED is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that it reaches us.
5) Products listed as one size or free size are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or defective.
6) Products returned for any reason other than damage, defects or incorrect size will NOT be accepted. In addition, some products cannot be returned for size exchange. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for particular product types for details. CB UNITED does not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items.
7) In cases of discontinued items, CB UNITED will provide a refund. However, customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
8) CB UNITED reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
