SHIPPING:

Orders paid for by 6pm pacific time will be shipped the next business shipping day. We ship Monday-Friday. Shipping fees are based upon item weight with a minimal charge to cover shipping materials. Fabric Shipping:  We ship up to 20 yds for $5.50 US.  Ask for an adjusted invoice before you pay.  International please ask for a quote.

RETURNS:

If you have a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will work to correct it. Due to copyright laws, no returns on embroidery designs or book. To receive a refund, please return the item(s) to us and we will issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping) via paypal or merchandise credit.
