Monarchy History

After 12 years in the clothing industry designing lines for other companies, Eric Kim, found the need to pursue his own vision. In 2004, he left a lucrative CEO position at a prestigious private label firm, and founded Monarchy.

Tapping into the talent pool of downtown Los Angeles, Eric assembled an eclectic mix of designers to achieve his vision. At the core of this collective are Cameron McEwan - Musician turned designer, Rich Yu - Multimedia aesthete, and Michael Seiler - fine-art refugee. This creative infrastructure has facilitated the emergence of a brand interwoven with the collective unconscious at the core of Los Angeles.

This listing is for a brand new pair of Monarchy God Speed Flap jeans in Dark Coated #M601-12-29.  They are a thick textured fabric made up of 100% cotton. These jeans have that famous distressed look, with some small holes and wear.  Lots of nice crinkled markings on the lap and waistline.  Made with hand-stitching, metal studs and specialty buttons on the back pockets that snap. These jeans are brand new from Monarchy, have never been worn and are guaranteed authentic.
Tag on the jeans is a size 34
