A fine, English Art Pottery footed bowl.
It has tube lined flower (hibiscus?) on a dark blue ground.
It measures about 5 1/4" (13 cm.) in diameter & 2 1/2" (6 cm.) deep.
It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or stains. It still has the original paper lable on the bottom. It is perfect for gift giving. Bid now! You are not spending, you are investing.
The label reads "BY APPOINTMANT W. Moorcroft (in script) POTTER TO H.M. QUEEN MARY" This dates it before 1953. It also has impressed marks under the paper lable & I lifted part of the lable to show part of it.
