Shipping is $1.50 for any amount of seed packets purchased as long as ONE single COMBINED payment is made.
If you try to pay for the seeds and the shipping charge is more than $1.50, please contact me first so I can send a revised invoice. eBay's calculator doesn't always work.
All seeds are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope via First Class Mail with tracking.
The Garden Space - Seed Warranty
Seeds are living products that depend on many factors such as proper planting time and technique, depth of sowing, soils, proper germination environment, fertility, disease control, insect control and reasonable weather for direct sown seeds. If any of these factors are not right, it may cause the seed not to perform and because most if not all of these are out of our control, most of the success of these seeds is in the hands of the grower. Because of these factors our seeds are not unconditionally guaranteed to perform.
We do guarantee that the seeds we sell conform to the label. We guarantee that the seeds we sell conform to the label description, as required by State and Federal Seed Laws, within recognized tolerances. We make no other guarantees, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise, of the seed or of the crops grown from the seed, other than germination. Our liability for the breach of this guarantee, whether contractual, for negligence, or for any other reason, is limited to either a credit letter for the purchase price or replacement of such seeds, either act shall constitute full and complete adjustment and release. As a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice of any claim for defective seeds by registered mail within 30 days after the defect becomes apparent. Several states require arbitration or mediation before maintaining a legal action based upon failure of the seed sold to produce as represented. You must file a complaint (sworn if applicable), with any applicable filing fees, with the State Commissioner/Director/Secretary of Agriculture within such time as to permit inspection of the crop by us and any designated agency. If this guarantee is not acceptable, then the seeds must be returned at once in the original, unopened container, and the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded in full in a method suitable to us.
FEEDBACK
I always wait until you receive and inspect your seeds and you let me know you are happy with them before I leave you feedback. If for some reason you are not happy, please let me know so we can resolve any issues before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I believe in happy customers and I always take pride in what I grow and sell.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS
Unfortunately, it has come to the point where I have no choice but to report non paying bidders. If I do not hear anything from the buyer within 10 days, I must report it to recover part of the fees I have lost.
I make many attempts to contact the non-paying bidder. If I get no response at all, I will report it.
If you can't make payment for a few days, be courteous, for all our sakes, and let me know. I'm pretty easy to work with. Thanks.
