Ingredients
Fenugreek Seed, Blessed Thistle, Nettle Leaf, Fennel Seed, Water, and Grain Alcohol
Contains alcohol. The American Academy of Pediatrics says that a small amount of alcohol is compatible with breastfeeding, and that alcohol is out of the breast milk two hours after consuming.
All the More Milk products contain certified organic herbs at a 1:3 herb concentration (1 part herb by weight to 3 parts liquid by volume). The liquid herbal extracts are manufactured in an FDA registered facility and tested for microbials and heavy metals.
Notes
· Fenugreek is in the legume family as are peanuts and garden peas.
· Fenugreek can reduce blood sugar levels.
· Some people may be sensitive to fenugreeks potential side effect of loose stools.
· Also available in 2 oz. and 4 oz. sizes, and in vegetarian capsules.

Recommended Dosage
¼ teaspoon 4 times daily. For body weight higher than 175 lbs, take ½ teaspoon 3 times daily. When milk supply increases, decrease the number of doses to meet your needs.
