KAISER PORCELAIN GERMANY ISSUED THIS SIXTH ISSUE OF A LIMITED SERIES, PLATE #21, THIS TO HONOR ALL OF YOU MOTHERS OUT THERE.

Ever seen a fathers day plate? Just asking.

The Plate shows a typical European Park Scene with a pond  and a Mama Swan with her Baby Swans , cute little things arent they?

All set in that lovely Blue one finds in many European paintings , as well as table ware, it looks very clean. 

This plate does not have its original box as I owned it since 1977, however it was kept in my China closet with loving care and is in MINT condition.

No cracks , dings ,any damage what so ever, Sterling condition!

The Plate is 8 Inches in Diameter and weighs 11oz, add packing Material.

 Pre purchase:

We will  do our best to meet our company goal of 100% customer satisfaction..To empower our clients, it is our endeavor to make an allout effort to list all details in word and support the listing  with  Images to show the quality of our listings, describe the Technical , History , Condition and Application to better inform potential Buyers , prior to their decission to purchase.

Please do not hesitate to ask us questions prior to your purchase. Only after the Buyer has adequate information should the purchase be concluded  

We urge our potential clients to make realistic offers , we will ignore “Low Ball “ unreasonably low offers.

 Return policy:

The Items that we offer often have collectors value , multiple shipments and returns would deminish their value

We therefore need our potential Buyers to understand our decission to  not offer a refund or accept any returns on the described  type of Items that are exluded and identified individually in the listings. This is protecting serious Byers from recede of multiply shipped Items, we consider this as a service.

All other Items have a 7 day return policy with the provissions.

A)       Client must follow E-Bay requirements, by contacting us first. E-BAY requires us to follow a cancellation process!

B)      We will issue a Return Authorization Number “RAN #”

C)      Buyer than will return the Item , in original or equally protective packaging, original product box(if so supplied by us) Will mark the RAN # clearly on the shipping box. Buyer is responsible for return postage and Insurance. The Item will be credited only after we receive it in a resellable condition.

D)      If we find evidence that Rolling Stock has been operated and is non functional we will give the Buyer an options  to either return the Item to the Buyer, Freight and Insurance at his expense, or to pay for the nessessary repairs to the Item, this to be fair to the eventual buyer as we claim that non of our stock generally was operated, unless so listed . The reason is logical, we ship to many International Markets and cannot be held responsible if our sold products are mis managed , IE. a Locomotive is operated on the wrong current.

E)      All powered Items are checked prior to shipping, we will not entertain claims that our Powered Items do not function when received , as we have no control over the initial operation and source of power applied, Included are , Locomotives , Transformers, Et al.

F)       Digital devices are not powered by current  and again can only be returned for Repair at the cost of the Buyer they are non returnable for any other reason

G)      After we receive an Item in resellable condition , returned under the complete provissions of the Return Policy as outlined , we will than apply a Store Credit to the Buyer.

H)    All Tableware , Glass , Crystal , Porzellan,  Goebel/Hummel Figurines and other Fragile items are not returnable.

 Exceptions: When the shipped Item is deemed to not meet the listed Item description, we urge our clients to immedeately (24/36 hours) contact us for a Return Authorization, we will grant a credit for shipping charges and Item correction, if warranted and agreed to.

If the Item was damaged in shipment, refer to Insurance.

We need to alert our clients that we code all of our Items, this to prevent returns of switched items!, any fraudulent activity will be reported to E-BAY.

 Insurance:

Buyer is offered insurance, we recommend that insurance is always purchased/accepted by the Buyer, we cannot be held responsible for shipping damage and loss, if insurance is not purchased. USPS Rates only have inclusive Insurance on EXPRESS shipments, against popular believe, USPS insurance on Priority is an extra cost.

          We may offer promotional FREE Freight, this includes only the 48 US Continental States and Insurance is not included , must be paid by the Buyer.

            We will assist our clients with Freight claims, provided that the claim is placed with us immedeately after delivery or not later than three days.

 Shipping:

Do to the high cost of Oil and subsequent unpredictable surcharges by UPS etc. We have decided to offer our clients shipping  by USPS

First Class at  lower cost, provides  same service as Priority, both methods get the parcel to the address at very much the same time.( First Class can not be tracked, however our overseas clients report that even offered services under Priority leave a lot to be desired) we will quote both services to  Buyer when invoicing. It is the Buyers choice ! We will only ship via other methods if Buyer so instructs.As a principel we do not purposely inflate Shipping charges, we always will double check and adjust shipping charges prior to shipping

 We will always look for the best shipping rate.We reserve Flat rate only for heavy shipments

We only ship to E-Bay registered addresses,  that are available at the time of shipment and are not responsible for out of date address information.

 We will not ship to PO Boxes. 

Warranties:

We do not provide Warranties or any Service contracts, the listed MAeRKLIN Model Railroad products are sold AS-IS, they are part of a private collection and were never operated (only tested). , all items have been tested ,minor issues have been remedied,there is no corrosion or rust present in any listed items.
