PAYMENTS

v    We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card when making purchases.

v    We accept payments via PayPal only.

v    Your address has to be PayPal CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Our PayPal setting will block buyers with non confirmed address.       

v    Payment must be received within 48 hours.                                     

SHIPPING

v    Shipping and handling charges include cost of material, labor, shipping and handling, and all other associated fees.  It is fixed and NOT negotiable.

v    Local Pick-Ups are not Available.

v    Shipping to US and Canada only.

v    Confirmed shipping address required (we ship ONLY to PayPal’s confirmed, your credit card's billing address, please do not ask to ship to your work, friends or any other new address.)

v     TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

v    All items shipped via UPS with tracking #. Please note UPS do not ship to P.O. boxes. In case P.O. box provided shipping will be via usps with delivery confirmation # (not tracking #).

v     We do not ship to  APOs and FPOs.

RETURN POLICY

v    All sales are FINAL. Absolutely no returns or exchanges. Only products deemed defective will be offered exchange to the same model or repair, no refunds.

v    Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Ringwireless will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole

                    discretion.

v    All defective items must be reported via email only to ebay@zkdirect.com

v     All defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, NO EXEPTIONS. We do not respond to any emails sent via ebay or sent after 3 days of receipt. No any warrantee/excanges or repairs after 3 days of receipt.

v    ALL EXCHANGES HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY US. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller. Returned items without RMA number will be refused and not accepted. Approved items must be in brand new, un-used condition accompanied by all items sold. We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing an exchange.

v    Buyer accepts to pay for return freight. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.

v    Returns will not be accepted for products that will conflict with network carrier/operator/frequency/band requirements. Please consult with your network operator if you are not sure what band/frequency you need. Ringwireless guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% . Ringwireless is not responsible for the settings of the phones' browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture messages or any other network related setup other than the voice feature.

v    All of our unlocked GSM phones come from around the    globe. As such, features and accessories may vary. Some require US adapters. In some cases, language needs to be reset to English from the default language through manual setting on the phone.

CONDITIONS

v    Regardless of what the box or manual says, the only items included in this auction are those which are clearly stated in the auction description as included. You should not expect anything more & nothing less.

v    We are not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator and service provider. MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, DATA TRANSFERS is the responsibility of the network operator/carrier/ and user.
