Once you receive the item in the mail, you have 3 DAYS to make sure it works without problem. If you don't contact us within 3 DAYS after delivery, we will not hold responsibility of the warranty.
If you encounter any issue within 3 DAYS, please contact us immediately to recieve a return approvel.
the item number must be noted before returning any item and must be writen legibly outside of the box. Returns without an item number will be refused and returned to sender.
