• All the negative feedback left on us will get the same feedback. Negative feedback won't resolve any problem. We would like to resolve any question for our customers.

• Return for refund/exchange:
• Must be 7 days from invoice date – Note: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Exchange must be within 30 days of invoice date.

All items returned/exchanged within the 30 day return policy must include the following:

1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. The return must include all original accessories (cases, disks, software, etc.)
3. Include an original print of the invoice.

The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges returned and may be charged a 15% restocking fee for all opened items. Items returned unopened, provided that there is no restocking fee will be refunded the original purchase price.  

Payments will be credited to the buyer by the method they used to purchase the original item(s).
