Exchanges/Repairs

The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included. We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged or repaired at our discretion.

Return for Refund
You must e-mail us (info@24hourcell.com) and receive an RMA number, before returning. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund. Item must not be used, and must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, within 7 days of the time you receive the item. (Items sold with free shipping promotions will have the shipping cost deducted prior to the 20% restocking fee)
SALES TAX
We do not charge State Taxes outside California and our flat-rate shipping fees include all handling fees as well. Sales tax applies in CA (9.25%).
SHIPPING POLICY
  • Pay using PAYPAL verified account and confirmed shipping address for immediate shipping in 48 states.
  • We ship every day during the week, usually before 9:00 AM pacific time. If you make a payment after that time, we will ship the next business day. If you purchase an item from us over the weekend, you can expect it to be shipped first thing on Monday morning.
  • We also provide tracking numbers for those shipped by UPS and USPS priority mail only. But all of the item shipped on that day automaticaly generate confirmation email.
  • In the event you dont received a confirmation email within 24 hours let us know we can double check your orders.
