Return Policy & Warranty:

- 1.  If you are not satisfied with our products for any  reason, you can send them back to us in 1 month for refund,  in this case, buyers pay all the the shipping fees in both sides.  The returned item must be in brand new condition in order to get the full refund. - We warranty that this product is in the same condition
  that we tell here and how you see in  the picture.

2.  If you are not satisfied with our products for any  reason, you can send them back to us in 3 months for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending to buyers. 

3.  1 year free repair warranty: All items come with 1 year manufacture warranty. Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides.                                                       

4. No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send the products back first. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured. 

5. No matter what reason if the item(s) return to us, Buyers need to pay shipping fee again for re-ship the item (except we write wrong buyer address). So please make sure your address is updated. 

6. Send the player with all accessories, also the invoice, back to our company. When we get it, we will give you refund through Paypal or exchange you a new player. It may take 2-3 days for the transaction to go through. Please write a note in your package with your id number and item number so that we can identify you. If not, your case might be delayed for few days.
