We have a few simple guidelines to follow If any are altered or changed then this return policy will not be honored.
1. Item returned must be returned in the same condition as sent, no exceptions.
2. Items must have the following to qualify as a return, Item not as described, Wrong item.
3. If you just don't want the item (BUYERS REMORSE) and you want to return it, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged to your end cost less shipping & handling.
4. Item #3 will not take in effect if you are using policy #2.
5. kingscomix.com will not be responsible for any damage of any delivered items unless you use the insurance option.
6. If an item is damaged during a return then policy #2 will activate plus a percentage of the damage off the value of the item. (Based on the current price guides).
7. Finally, all items must pass a authenticity inspection by our qualified graders and staff. If the item has been switched we will not return the item but you will not be eligible for a refund. This will be turned over to EBay Fraud team and handled through arbitration.
