Most of our items ship to the U.S. only but we do ship some items outside the U.S. Contact us for a shipping quote. As most of our items ship via UPS we sometimes use USPS as a parcel carrier. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (within 3 days). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty please contact the manufacturer of the item. Customer may decline to handle warranty claims in which the buyer is responsible to ship item back to us (contact us for a return authorization number on all returns).
There will be a 15% restocking fee on returns other than defected items.
All personalized items may not be returned or cancelled after order is placed.
