What is a MT roller?

Traditional methods of infiltrating nutrients to our skin nourished only the upper layer of our epidermal. The result of this is barely noticeable as the absorption level only reaches an average of 0.3% effectiveness. So, no matter what and how much ointment you apply, a considerable percentage of it will go to waste. To aid the absorption process, scientist have unraveled the derma therapy. The treatment effectively increases the penetration of nutrients by puncturing the pores on the service of our skin (Dermar) allowing the content of the ointment to be soaked up directly by the lower layer of our epidermal.

The MT roller is a precisely manufactured piece of medical equipment inlayed with 192 surgical steel needles designed specifically for conducting the Dermar therapy. The result of the treatment is evidential and its effectiveness is comparable to Laser Treatment, Chemical Peels and Dermabrasion.

How to use a MT Roller for Derma treatment?

1. Before performing the treatment, you must first identify the suitable needle size for use.

2. Disinfect the MT roller.

3. Apply Derma treatment serum to the skin. We recommend the use of our ZmartBeauty Dermar Serum (A thick oil based collagen and hydro aid serum, perfect for enhancing the result and easing the pain).

4. Move the MT roller back and forth horizontally, vertically and diagonally at least 4 – 5 times across the area of urge. The entire process should require no more than 10 minutes (Please see below diagram).



5. Leave the serum on the treated area for 30-45 minutes and wash off the excess afterwards.

6. Optionally for better effect, users can apply the eCO2 Gel mask which further enhances the capturing of the nutrients.

Depending on the needle size you use the pain induced by the needle may vary from none to mediocre. The best way to ease the pain is to apply a thick based serum or numbing cream

Is the roller disposable, how many times can it be used?
Depending on the area of application, the roller can be used 15 to 20 times before needing disposal.
