Welcome to my auction. This auction is for the card(s) listed in the title. All cards are in english unless stated in the title. All cards are NM/M or better unless specifically stated in the title. I am selling off all my older cards and selling new stuff too, so, check back often for new items listed by me. Payment is due within 7 days or I have the right to relist the item. I do use the ebay non bidder system and will leave negative feedback for deadbeat bidders. So, if you are a loser deadbeat bidder, don't bother to bid on my items. If a problem happens, I am more than willing to work with you to solve a problem. I am a firm believer that life comes first and magic second.

Canadian shipping for singles items (singles items are up to 4 of any one card) is 2.75 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Canadian shipping for items in batches of 9 or more (for ex 10 beast tokens) are 3.50 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Canadian shipping for playsets (for ex future sight uncommon set x 4) is 10 for the first auction + 5 per playset after that. I am sorry shipping to Canada is so high, but, it has gotten very expensive to ship there.

Shipping for all USA orders is: For single sets (for ex Dread x 4) is 2.25 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. USA shipping for 9 or more items (for ex 10 x beast tokens) is 3.00 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Lastly, USA shipping for all playsets (for ex lorwyn common playset or set x 4) is 7.50 for the first auction + 4.50 per auction playset after that. I have recently lost money by charging too little for playsets, so I have had to raise my prices to ship playsets, but, they are still cheaper then most out there.

If you win auctions from mixed items (say a playset of commons and 2 singles auctions ) or 20 auctions, I top out shipping in the states at 9 UNLESS you are purchasing more playsets of commons, rares, or uncommons from a set, those are expensive to ship. What I do if you win multiple items is take the most expensive shipping item and add .50 to it per auction won. I usually give a discount on top of that, so, don't be surprised if I don't charge you the full amount, that is not my error, it is on purpose :).

Unless you buy insurance, I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misdirected mail. I reserve the right to refund your payment or send you a seperate bill for these added costs if you send more then one paypal payment. The shipping discount listed above is only if you send me one paypal payment. If you send more then 1, you will be charged top shipping dollar for each paypal payment. Refusal to follow these simple rules (make one paypal payment, buy insurance if you want me to insure your item), could result in delays in your order going out.

If you are going to send me a personal check or money order, you MUST include some kind of invoice to let me know what you are paying for. Getting an envelop with a check, money order, or cash in it and nothing else is not good for either of us and is of no use to me. It is good practice to get use to sending an invoice with anything you mail to anyone. All i need is a PRINTED address to send the cards to and the item number and/or name of the auction you are paying for.

All the items I send out are NM/M so, there are no returns. We all know that some people try to buy new cards and say they came damaged and the truth is that they have damaged cards and try to give you the damaged cards and they keep your new cards. In the event that something unique happens, then it will be on a specific basis on a case by case order.

I accept paypal (this is preferred), bidpay, money orders (postal money orders are preferred) or personal checks if we have dealt before. If we have never dealt before, YOU CAN'T SEND ME A PERSONAL CHECK. No exceptions. I won't send out the items until after the check clears. Local pickups will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the name of the auction differs from the picture on the auction, the auction is for the item named in the auction, not the picture. I have noticed for newer items, people don't care about seeing a generic picture of the new cards, so , I don't upload them. So, when in doubt, the name in the auction title is what the auction is for, not the picture. For ex, if the title says the auction is for a brushand but the picture is for a Taiga, the auction is for the brushland, not the tiaga.

I will also from time to time offer a bonus. The auction will say, for ex, BLACK VISE + 4 MTG BONUS. The bonus will always be listed in the title. If the title doesn't have a bonus, then there is no bonus on this auction. My bonuses are different, they are NOT commons, but, are usually filled from uncommons, foils, and/or rares. I have a great rating and that is because I treat every order as if you will become a lifelong customer, no matter how big or small the order is. Each pack is guarenteed to have at least 1 rare and 3 uncommons and have a total of at least 15 cards. I have foils and multiple rares, foil rares, packs that are all uncommons, rares or foils. I make it fun to buy repacks from me. i work hard to make sure each pack is worth the money you spend on it. So, if you pull the crap rare, you might get a lightning bolt and a counterspell that pays for the pack. You always seem to break even on these packs and have not had a person email me and tell me they were disappointed. To make this even better, I offer bonuses.
