Fabric has many RED, WHITE, and BLUE STARS all over it on a BLUE BACKGROUND. 

Collars are made of a Cotton fabric with stabilizers added.

THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TIE-OUTS.  These collars are for wearing tags and walking.
