2.  Do not offer Insurance to foreign countries. We will not be responsible for LOST OR DAMAGED packages that are not Insured.   Always check the address in paypal that if this incorrect address and the package and mail it to me back for that reason you have to pay shipping again.

3.  If the mail tells me with delivery confirmation that you received the package and is claiming that it has not arrived and had no insurance I am not responsible for that.  

4. The cards is the first purchase of $2.50 additional card is .25 
other items depends on the size of the item would be its combined shipping.

5. Shipping will be $2.50 Cards will be packaged in a top loader and then shipped in a bubble wrap envelope.  

6. ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL,   NO ACCEPT  Money Orders , Cashier’s Check AND PERSONAL CHECK.

 7. If you make any purchases you have 7 days to make your payment.

8.  If you pay immediately I will ship the item same day or next business day.

9.  If you do not pay within 7 days and do not respond my e-mails I will open a non-paying bidder dispute with E-Bay and will leave negative feedback.
