All Murano Glass jewellery is made on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy. Each item is handmade and is therefore unique.

Shipping/postage: WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ONLY £1.95! This is approx. US $3.90, AUD $4.00, €2.45. For combined postage, you pay only 40p per extra item (approx. US $0.80, AUD $0.83, €0.50). We advise selecting the insured option for £3.00 (approx. US $6.00, AUD $6.25, €3.80) as standard postage does not cover this. For shipping outside of the EU, we are legally obliged to state the value of the purchases on the customs declaration form. We cannot mark the item as a gift. Therefore, any customs fees, VAT and other dues are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before purchasing anything if you would like further info.
Returns: We like to keep people happy, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase if bought as a 'buy it now' or from our ebay shop, we offer a refund (less postage costs) or a credit note. Items bought via an ebay auction cannot be returned unless we have unintentionally misrepresented it. Returns are accepted (contact us with your reason for return) for up to 14 days after the purchase date as long as the item is received in its original condition (package it well and use appropriate postal method as we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged returns).
