 PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Once a payment has cleared or a money order received, we generally ship all items within 24 – 48 hours. You should receive your item within 4 – 7 business days; International shipments expect at least 7 - 10 business days.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES

Our multiple item discount is SIGNIFICANT.  Please combine, and pay all at one time, for your multiple winning auctions within 7 days of the first auction in order to receive the 20% shipping/handling discount.

When calculating shipping/handling for multiple items, we take the item with the highest shipping/handling amount as the starting base. The shipping/handling amount for each additional item will be calculated at a 20% shipping/handling discount, for every item in the same box going to the same address.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us within 7 days upon receipt of item. Returns are at buyer’s expense, and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, less shipping/handling.  We will replace all defective item(s), totally at seller’s expense.  Please do not abuse this generous return policy.
