Mr. Ives Gotbucks lives a perfect life. He is rich and has a beautiful wife who loves him. Sure he has been behind some shady deals in the past but he has always come out smelling like roses. There was nothing outright illegal just a few questionable calls. Mr. Ives Gotbucks recently hired a contractor to sub-divide a large waterfront property for a combination of residential and commercial uses. One month ago he made his plans public with a map of his proposed lots for sale. He was immediately swamped with inquiries and soon had all lots promised.

Two days before the contractor was to begin work on the property, Mr. Gotbucks was found dead on the propertyBmurdered. His head had been crushed with a rock.

The sub-division project was immediately halted. His widow cannot bear to think about the property and just wishes to get rid of it. She has called a meeting of all interested parties, to announce her plans for the property now that her husband is dead.

Rumour has it that at this gathering she will announce that she plans to put the entire thing for sale. All previous agreements with her husband will not be honoured.

Cantgrow has been employed by the Gotbucks for 11 years now. He looks after all of their properties and is glad that they are getting rid of the large lot by the water. He checks that property weekly, the same as all the others, but somehow that one gives him the creeps. He has often come across a shadow in the distance, someone wondering in the wooded area.

 Secret- Two days before the Boss’s murder you found a bone that looked human in those woods, you gave it to the Inspector after the murder and have told no one else about it. The inspector said to try and keep it quiet but your curiosity is getting the best of you, you have to ask the inspector if it was really human........... MORE CHARACTER INFO IN ACTUAL GAME.
