NOTE - International packages ship as merchandise only, please do not ask us to mark as gift.  We charge actual Airmail only plus a minimum amount for the required insurance.  If an item is stated as cannot be combined in the listing than we cannot box it with another to save you shipping costs.

US packages almost always ship Parcel Post if the shipping is free.   If you wish a faster service please let us know and we will send an invoice with the additional charges.

ALSO - We are not able to ship overnight since it is a pickup service and not a drop off service which does not allow for the packages to leave in the manner required for overnight delivery.

All of our products are NEW, never displayed, still in original box with original paperwork and are from a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise.
Sometimes the original boxes have labels, dents or scratches that cannot be helped - That is the way they were received and replacements are not always available.
Items received damaged will have a refund issued not to exceed original purchase price, shipping is not included in refunds.
We must be notified within 5 days of receipt and if we wish for item to be returned we will send a prepaid label.
