Please be advised that the USPS (United States Postal Service) does not offer tracking for any 1st Class packages or mail. The only thing they offer is Delivery Confirmation which we purchase for every order. Some facilities actually scan the packages at each site but most do not. Your order ships the next business day out of the Minneapolis, MN area. The following day many of the orders go to Des Plaines, Il which is the USPS main Mid-West sorting facility. They do scan it in at Des Plaines but not when it leaves the next day. The problem is it may say it is in Des Plaines or some other USPS Facility until it finally arrives at your door a few days later or say nothing until it shows delivered. It is not tracking and that is why you may keep seeing your order sitting in one place when it really left the next day. If they would offer tracking we would buy it for sure. This service confuses many people.
