Size...Most people will fall into the Adult Medium/Large that's 22" up to but not including 23"" (You will receive a Medium/Large if you do not specify a size) Guaranteed to Fit...Please email to request if you have any doubts about your size. If you head measures less than 22" or 23" or more you "Will" need an XS/S, or, XL or Custom fit. There is a size chart for My Hats. To see where to get the size chart go to my me page and check the bottom of the page. To measure your head size, measure horizontally just above your eyebrows with the tape measure right on the edge of top of your eyebrows. This should give you the largest measurement around your head. Don't slant the tape measure down in back as to follow the hat line of a winter hat. You can use the size chart to choose your size, but I recommend that you check in with me via email to provide me with the measurement so I can assure you are choosing the correct size. If you do not email to assure you have the right size, I cannot guarantee a good fit. I'm an expert with fit so let me do all the work with the figures. Take your head measurement and email it to me. My guarantee on fit is detailed in return policy, please take a moment to click on the link at top of page. All "My Hats" are handmade...Once you put on one of "My Hats" it will quickly become "Your Hat" as they are designed specifically to mold to the shape of your head. They are warm, comfortable, hold their shape while at the same time they are Very "Soft"! You won't be scratching your head with My Hats! Guage is specific so that air passes through for ventilation...Your head will not sweat...By the time the air travels through the weave your head it is warmed...you will never feel cold...only Comfort...And with Style ! When you bid you are bidding on "this" hat only, you cannot bid on this hat and request another color. Also, Everytime a "My Hat" is purchased 5lbs. of Food is donated to NSC...An Emergency Food Pantry serving people in need. Go to my me page to find details. My hats started because at one time I was a client needing food...when I recovered from injury and got back on my feet...I made 50 hats for the X-mas table...they were gone in a few days...I then began work as a volunteer...As I would walk past the line I used to stand in...people would yell out Hey I love "My Hat"...Thanks!...Others would ask if they could pay me to make them a hat!!! These were people with little to no money. When I decided to start my business I didn't need to search for a name..."My Hat"...just made perfect sense! Perhaps this can be inspiration to someone...towards the end of my second year due to a severly compressed nerve in my neck I lost feeling in my right hand, in severe pain and determined to finish hat season before surgery...It went like this...there are a few ebayers out there that got hats crotched with my right foot and my left hand! Never give up in bad times!
My Hats is a blessing in disguise for me. Here's a little lesson I learned...allow me to share. One day when I was visiting my sister...her young ones were fighting over toys...when she couldn't get them to share...she took away the toys and said "See"...now you have nothing..."I told you when you share you get more"...think about it...Priceless insight. I live my life by this motto...and it works! The "more" isn't always material. There's more to life!

Hat shipped 2-3 days after payment clears. Accept PayPal Only. Payment is immediate with Paypal. On returns, the buyer does not always pay return shipping. I guarantee my merchandise 100% and take full responsibility for any errors that are mine. Note: My shipping price includes a handling fee. Handling is for the packaging materials, online work required after the auction ends, and work required to ship the item. This is noted and explained here so you are fully informed before you bid. If you don't understand handling, here is an example, when you buy a stamp or postage at the PO, what you are paying is 99% handling so the PO can run their business. You are paying for a service plus their operation expenses not a tangible item. It is the same for the seller. We have business expenses and this is our job. Think of it this way, when you work, you are providing a service and for that you get paid, plus you have expenses. Handling is what you pay for my service to you. I hope this explanation helps. Some sellers write it into their price, some break it down, either way, we are working and we need to cover our expenses in order to stay in business. My handling fees are actually lower than what I need and that is done because I am trying to give you the lowest price possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE:
All International Shipping is USPS First Class Mail International. For the UK and Canada The PO does not guarantee shipping time and it is posted as "Varies" which means anywhere from 1-3 weeks. International packages usually arrive in one week, but some take 2-3 weeks and longer. "Priority Mail" has a time frame of 6-10 days but is still not guaranteed. There is "No Guarantee" on shipping time unless you purchase "Express Mail". I ship all items the same day your payment clears. If you pay after 1:00PM EST US shipment goes out the next day. That's as fast as I can get. When rating shipping time, both US and International please look at the date on the stamp on your package to rate shipping time. I wish I could control the mail but the reality is that I can't. When a package is delayed it is between our PO, your Customs and your PO. If you want a gurantee on time you need to purchase postage that is guaranteed. Delivery Confirmation is provided to all "US" Buyers. International Buyer's will receive a Customs Number via email.
