Where can I have my order shipped to?
In our efforts to make every transaction safe and secure, BetaMacs.com will ONLY ship to a PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS. If using a credit card, we only ship to the BILLING ADDRESS for the credit card used. 

When or how am I notified of my shipment?
When we ship an item, you will automatically receive an email message to the email address that you provided in checkout.  It is very important that we get an email address that we can communicate with you.

When does our product  ship?
Smaller items normally ship 3-5 days. Larger items normally ship within 5-7 days. We do not ship on the weekend.

How long is the warranty?
All our items ship with a 30 day warranty against DOA (Dead on Arrival)
All our systems (Notebooks, Desktops, and Towers) are eligible for an optional 1 to 2 year warranty from SquareTrade.com

How do I obtain a SquareTrade warranty?

Is there a password on my computer?
We do not set a password on any computer that we ship out.  We leave that to you so that you can customize your computer. 

What do I do if the computer is asking for a password?
Since we do not set a password simply click on OK or Continue. Your changes will then be able to take place.
