How to ship your computer to MacReboot:
Our $180 MacBook LCD repair service requires you to send your laptop in to MacUnwired for repair. In order to help you properly pack and ship your computer, we have created an instructional video showing you the process. Please note that pulling the hard drive out of the computer is optional. Pulling the hard drive allows you to store it in a secure location instead of shipping it with the computer and risking damage during transit. If you do not wish to pull the hard drive, just remove the battery before shipping the computer into MacUnwired.
How do I get my cracked/broken MacBook LCD replaced?
The first step is to click the buy it now button at the top of the window! Once you complete checking out you will be sent a form to fill out and include with your computer. The form includes information such as your name, number, email address, and shipping address. Once you fill out the form, pack your computer and ship it to us! We will take it all from there and ship your computer back within 24 hours of receiving it. MacUnwired will ship your computer via priority mail, so it will take 2-3 days to reach you. If you need your computer back faster, please check out the other shipping methods below.

If you need your MacBook LCD replaced as fast as possible, MacReboot offers a priority overnight service to get you your computer back fast. This service will put your computer at the top of our priority list so it gets done the same day we receive it for repair. You must ship it to us via overnight AM delivery (UPS or FedEx) so we receive it before 3PM Mon-Thu. Once we receive your computer, we will replace the LCD and ship it back to you overnight the SAME DAY. So you will only have to be without a computer for 2 days. To receive the overnight service, be sure to pick the express mail shipping option at checkout.

A form will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete that you will include in the box. The form will include your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
I always suggest using bubble wrap and wrapping the computer until there is at least 2 inches of bubble wrap around the whole computer. It should fit in a USPS flat rate box (available at your post office). Be sure to require a signature. I can not be held responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping to me so you might want to insure the package as well. I will insure and require a signature when returning the computer to you.
